Linden honey - 400g (Váraljai Apiary)

The colour of lime honey ranges from light yellow to medium brown, depending on the time of pollen collection. The aroma and flavour are distinct and are excellent for flavouring drinks, but can also be consumed pure.

 

In medicine, it is excellent for coughs, bronchitis, nervousness and insomnia, but also to relieve fever and cramps and inhibits the deposition of fatty deposits, i.e. arteriosclerosis.
