Phacelia Honey

The phacelia is the second plant after the acacia which gives most nectar. The honey has nice soft lemony scent and taste. Its colour exists from light yellow to brownish. The phacelia honey contains much fruit sugar thus, it crystallize slowly. It's Winnie the Pooh's favourite honey!

The phacelia honey has disinfectant and skin care effect, it cure the burned skin perfectly. It significantly maintains the blood cholesterol level.
