The polyfloral honey
The polyfloral honey is collected from valuable flowers and herbals of the fields, that's why it counts a great content honey. Its effect is complex because the ingredient are many kind of plant but according to the specialists it's one of the most valuable honeys.
The polyfloral honey strenthens the immune system. Its colour is vary from the combination of the flowers it's collected. It can crystallize easily.
It's perfect to eat it by itself (for example with bread and butter - the great Hungarian breakfast), savor cakes, meals and drinks.
The effect of the polyfloral honey:
When the bees collecting from fields with many kind of flowers or from botanical garden or when the beekeepers collect the honey rarely, the honey becomes as polyfloral. The contents of the polyfloral honeys can be different in every season. It contains several sugars, organic acids, essential oils, minerals what increase its beneficial physiological effect.
Bees are interested in 700 spieces of plant in the Carpathian Basin. We can not find them all in the biggest botanical garden either. Some of the beekeepers meet 40-50 different spieces in a year. Accordingly, the polyfloral honeys are rich in more minerals and essential oils than the monofloral honeys. This fact is beneficial for our body but not for the trading because these honey can not be allied. They are individual in every area and every year.
