Polyfloral Honey
When the bees are in flower meadows, ornamental gardens, botanical gardens, the nectar of different origins ripens into polyfloral honey. The composition of polyfloral honey varies from season to season and from region to region. Its mixed nature means that it contains a wide variety of sugars, organic acids, essential oils and minerals that enhance its beneficial physiological effects.
In the Carpathian Basin, bees are interested in 700 plant species. Not all of them are in the largest botanical gardens. Some beekeepers encounter 40 to 50 different plant products each year. Polyfloral honeys are therefore always richer in essential oils and minerals than single-flowered honeys.

The color of the polyfloral honey ranges from light brown to dark brown, depending on the composition of the honey in it. Strengthens the body's defenses. It crystallizes easily. Excellent for natural consumption and for flavoring cakes.
