Dry Pollen
The dry pollen is collected by the bees in the form of small flower balls, they contain no additives and are therefore completely natural food
Production: dry pollen is dried at a temperature of up to 40 degrees Celsius
Storage: dry pollen can be stored at room temperature, protected from light and moisture (preferably in a closed container)
Recommended consumption: it is recommended to consume before meals. 1-2 teaspoons of pollen per day for children and 1-2 tablespoons of pollen per day for adults. It can be taken 3-4 times a year for 6 weeks on a course basis or continuously in slightly smaller quantities.
Methods of consumption:
Dry pollen consists of relatively hard granules. When eaten on its own, it should be thoroughly chewed and swallowed. This method is usually only for adults, children generally dislike it.
It is advisable to dissolve the dry pollen in a liquid beforehand (e.g. add a dl of water with a little honey, wait 15-20 minutes, stir and drink, but juice, tea, yoghurt can be used instead of water).
The same goes for children.
