Roasted Teas
Fruity - honey roasted teas
Roasted tea finally available in the honey cave! The tiny jars contain natural fruity delicacies made according to a traditional Czech recipe. With a wide variety of preparation options and a variety of natural fruity flavours, these tea specialities are guaranteed to be a favourite for everyone, whether you like them hot or cold. No preservatives, no colourings, and no flavour enhancers or gelling agents have been added.
Interesting fact: in some places, tea is not only drunk, but also baked ...
Grandmothers in the Czech Republic have been 'baking' tea for over 100 years. Traditionally, this natural fruit concentrate is made by steeping jam. Because the recipe dates back centuries, the original traditional roasted tea contains no artificial ingredients, just fresh fruit, spices and honey. By combining fruits and adding unique spices, unique flavours are created. The concentrates are poured into cups and preserved by heating (steaming), so no preservatives are added.
Preparation methods:
1) As a hot drink:
No steeping as for fibrous teas, just add the amount of hot water indicated on the package. You can even eat the fruit left at the bottom of the mug (they are delicious). This is the main difference compared to traditional fruit teas.
2) It is also delicious served cold or with ice cubes:
A perfectly refreshing fruit experience in the summer heat! The advantage is that you don't have to refrigerate the drink like with traditional iced teas. Just pour the right amount of cold water into the concentrate, add a few ice cubes and you're ready to drink. Refreshment guaranteed!
3) It also mixes perfectly with alcoholic drinks:
Roasted tea is a special treat that is also a great choice for alcoholic drinks. It's a great base for fruit cocktails, but can also be used with champagne, vodka or fruit brandy to create unique and special combinations.
4) For dairy drinks, ice creams and dressings:
As it is a thick concentrate with fruit pieces, it can be mixed with cold or warm milk to make milkshakes, ice creams or any kind of fruit dressing.
