The premium dark chocolates "Csakcsoki" (meaning "only chocolate") are all handmade, unsweetened, made with care, without production lines, using only the best Colombian cocoa beans, without any other additives. The cocoa itself is certified by the International Cocoa Organisation (ICCO) as Fino de Aroma, the highest quality of cocoa (compared to the well-known "Dutch cocoa", which is considered middle class).
